Poster Session Submissions

This year, the Region 10 Transportation Conference will be held, in-person, on Friday, October 14, 2022, on the University of Washington campus. This poster session is open to any Investigator from a PacTrans or CSET consortium partner university who would like to present transportation related research. It is also the primary component of the conference for showcasing PacTrans and CSET funded work.

For this year’s poster session, we are asking Investigators to submit a title and abstract of your poster submission by no later than Friday, September 16, 2022 at 5:00pm local. You can submit the title and abstract using the form linked here.

Then, each poster must be accompanied by a 30-second promotional video that creatively describes the work being presented in the poster; please don’t just read the summary or abstract. Previous examples have included poems, dance skits, humor, etc. This year’s pitches will be pre-recorded videos, so researchers will have the ability to make their videos on site, in character, or utilize project photos and footage. There will be no time available to give an in-person introduction. All the video clips will be strung together and played at the poster session.
