Location & Transportation

The conference will take place at the Smith Memorial Union on the Portland State University Campus. 1825 SW Broadway Portland OR 97201.

Building Entrance 
Use the SW Broadway doors to enter the building. Find a map of the PSU campus here, or check out the PSU Tactile Map in the Broadway lobby.

Arrive By Transit
We recommend using Portland’s public transit system, TriMet, as the quickest and pain-free option. Portland’s light rail runs from the PDX Airport to downtown Portland. MAX trains depart from the airport every 15 minutes on weekdays. Passes can be purchased at the vending machines inside the airport, or through the TriMet App.

  • To Downtown:
    Take the RED line MAX light rail train (toward Portland City Center & Beaverton TC).
  • To PSU:
    Once downtown, get off at the Mall/SW 5th Ave MAX Station. Transfer to the GREEN line MAX at Pioneer Courthouse Square/SW 5th Ave (toward City Center/PSU). Get off at PSU/5th & Mill St.

Parking
If driving, the nearest parking to the venue is PSU Parking Structure 1, located at 1872 SW Broadway and accessible by entrances on SW Broadway and SW 6th Avenue. Three different mobile payment methods are available: Parking Kitty, Park Mobile, and Pay by Phone. In all three apps, the zone number for Parking Structure 1 is 81872.
