The PacTrans 2026 Conference will be held on October 9, 2026 in Anchorage, Alaska under the theme: Transportation Systems Empowered by Innovation: Safe, Adaptive, and Connected. The three theme tracks are:
- Transportation Systems, Safety, and Operations
- Infrastructure Performance, Resilience, and Technology
- Mobility, Accessibility, and Workforce Development
The conference will showcase research, applications, case studies, and innovative practices related to transportation systems and infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We are currently accepting submissions under the following two calls:
PacTrans-Specific Project
Presentations & Posters
This call is exclusive to PacTrans PIs, Co-PIs, project teams, and students working on PacTrans-supported projects.
Submissions may include:
- Technical presentations
- Project posters
- Research updates and findings
- Student presentations
Agency & Industry
Presentations and Posters
This call is intended for transportation agencies, consulting firms, industry partners, practitioner organizations, and academic collaborators interested in sharing transportation-related work and implementation experiences.
We welcome presentations and posters that include:
- Projects and case studies
- Practical insights and lessons learned
- Innovative approaches and technologies
- Applied transportation research and implementation
